Colorado Teen Parent collaborative is an interactive resource map that helps teen parents connect with a range of services and supports, including mental health services, home visiting programs, prenatal care, education, social support, and more.
New Legacy Charter School
New Legacy is a small charter school tailored to the unique needs of teen parents, serving pregnant and parenting high school eligible students (male and female) and their children ages 0-5.
Hope House Colorado
Hope House Colorado provides free self-sufficiency programs to parenting teen moms, including Residential, High School & GED and College & Career Programs. Additional supportive services include parenting and healthy relationships classes, an Early Learning Program, health and wellness, financial literacy and personal growth classes as well as certified counseling, all designed to prepare parents for long-term independence.
Florence Crittenton Services
Florence Crittenton Services is a resource center for teen parents that provides educational and human services such as transportation assistance, education programs, and medical support.
Colorado Adolescent Maternity Parenting & Family Program
